Hello everyone.

I'm working on the Chariot kit, and wondered if anyone had any good color reference pics as to how to paint the dashboard panels. I know we can feel free to design as we want, but wanted to see if anyone who's built it has any good shots of the original, or their own, to give an idea of painting it.

I'm still thinking about putting some wheatbulb lights in the larger bezel openings, but I want to paint some of it as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Funny you should ask. I just spent 5 hours this morning scratch building a new interior for the Chariot. Next step is to cut out the control panels to insert the lights and flashing lights, so I went and checked to see if I have any references other than what I posted in the My Chariot Drawings thread as to details of the control panels. I have one early '80s "screen capture" of one of the units that they used for the bulk of the Chariot's dressing. These units were used all over Lost in Space and Voyage and I believe there are some really great views on the Voyage DVD.
