Hi Guys...
During the last HOHT auction I was working on assembling cars at a post,(your Tax dollors at work). a couple of old fellas stopped by to see what I was working on and asked if Still raced them as they remeber playing with thier Kids back in the day. I said sure, I even have a portable track.. They have asked me to orginize a Race for them at the two Good Samaritan retirement villages in the fall so I need som e volunteers to corner marshell Email dave@coach61.com or dave@hoht.net if you think you can help. I was promoted to Sgt two weeks ago and have been informed I will be promoted to LT as soon as the paper work clears ( end Sept/Oct.) So I need help in case I get called off.. Can the NT guys help support this? we will run over 3 weeks 1 at the North, One at the South and have the top drivers male and female on the third week and the North venue once again.. I am thinking Willies or Hot Rods for them something vintage and Tjets as thats what they remember. I will have Carol take the T1 around the track to show how things have progressed (not full out my door track won't really support it.) should be a lot of fun and they always make some awesome goodies...lol...Food and Coffee racing slot cars its am offer you can not refuse...
