i have this craftsman mower 6.5 hp techusum motor i think but i need a new or used carb i tried sears online but there no help the model is from sears is 143.986507 the serial is vtp195u1g1sa with a displacement of 195 and dom is 8068 or if by craftsman the model numbers are 917-377572 the serial number is 031648m 006660 if any1 can help me i would really appreciate it this mower has a starter on it and i would love to get it started. i really love this mower.:dude::dude::dude::dude:

hi pyro maniac in answer to your question that i forgot to answer ealier, i broke the plastic jet in the carb, i also broke the body by accident in a vice by to much pressure i was not being carefull.:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

yea thats true but what i like about this mower it has a starter on it no more pulling till my arm hurts well i think it can work i still need to get the carb :dude::dude::dude: but ill wait till next spring.
