Have a Briggs& Stratton 19.5hp s#42E707 c#2631E1, can't get the thing too draw,gas. I have change the diaphragm clean the carb. but are not getting much valume. what can I try, Thanks Ed:confused:

did you put everything back together properly? there are 2 springs that are inside the fuel pump that if you don't get them where they are supposed to be, it won't work.
