i have a m11 that was working fine about a day ago and i go to turn it on today and nothing it wont turn on or nothing and i used two brand new packs of batts never been dropped or abused any help would be great and i checked where the batts wires go in to the unit there good thanks

See if you can test the connector from the battery tray for voltage with a multi-meter. Also see if you can visually spot any damage to the pins on the inside (difficult, I know).
