My father in law wants to give me a 20 year old techumseh 8 hp generator. Rotates but does not start (carb issue). What kind of power output will this thing have, can't finds plate on the generator it self at all? Has 2 120 out lets and 220 outlet.:)

Would run the two 120 volt and 210 at the same time??

no, not at the same time, they aren't made for all three plugs to be used at once, now if you have a 210 and a 120 hooked up, you should be allright, as long as both appliences don't turn on at the same time and vice versa

For the sake of clarity, there is no technical reason to prevent you from having loads on the 220 outlet AND the both 120 outlets at the same time. As long as you don't exceed the capacity rating of any of them individually or all of them in total, the generator will be just fine.
I agree that the capacity is probably in the neighborhood 3000 to 3500 watts. For giggles and grins, the theoretical maximum would be about 6000 watts. (this comes from the relationship 1hp is equivalent to 746 watts). Take into account about a 50% or so overall efficiency and voila, you've got about 3000 watts.
