Ok, I have a team checkpoint charger and just bought a team checkpoint balancer, but my losi lipo batter is set up with deans and only has a small connector for a balancer, instead of the two holes on top that batt. My question is, can I just cutt off the ends on the balancer and solder a deans plug on it and then just plug it into the main plug on my battery to balance it or do I have to use the smaller plug on my batt

no you can do that and also I think it is called a pinky balancer will hook right up to the losi battery. it is square. I have seen them but do not recall there nake your local hobby shop shold be able to help you out also.
