I have a duratrax ice charger,I am going to change over to lipo batteries,which balancer should I go with.Can anyone recommend any good lipo packs to go with.I will be running offroad stadium trucks.Thanks

Hyperion LBA10 balancer works with Duratrax ICE (and many other chargers).

Take a look at the Pro-Match LiPo packs. 5000 mAHr, 25C, $90. Wires come out the top so they are convenient for Off-Road cars.

hte team check point balancer is what many of our guys use and it is about 30.00

Ta_Man's suggestion is a good one. I saw him run the Pro-Match LiPo pack at practice yesterday and I was impessed, especially for only $90.

As for me, I run the Orion "Race-Spec" 3600 LiPo packs (25C) in both my B4 and T4 and I can't say enough good things about those packs. Light weight, plenty of punch & good runtime. I also use the Checkpoint balancer which comes equipped with the plug that has the 2mm and 4mm balancer plugs and is a direct fit for the Orion 3600 pack.
