I just bought this from ebay the other day and thought it was cool. All I know about it is it's 1/43 scale and made by "Road Champs". Any additional information would be much appreciated.

I've never seen that one. I have a dark green stock 1:43 one by Road Champs, this looks like the same tool with some custom parts added.
