R There any tracks around in the Southern Tier of NY - dirt, carpet oval???

Plenty of dirt in the area, but the closest carpet is in Rochester.

Dirt Tracks:
OTR Speedway- Waverly, NY
Radio Hill Raceway- Dundee, NY
Kipp's- Kirkwood, NY

I think there's another few in the Binghamton area and some just south of you in PA.

Carpet:
Bandit R/C Race Park- Rochester, NY

walts hobby in lakeland ny..more towards the center part of NY versus the southern tier. walts is finishing up there summer series with 2 races remaining august 12th and august 26 and start back up sometime in the middle of september with the fall series. that will run every tuesday night. there will also be a saturday series but i am not exactly sure when that will start. classes are currently 10th scale 17.5 stock, sk modified spec stock, stadium gearbox trucks stock , losi late mods and losi sliders spec stock. you can check out there website for updates at www.walts-hobby.com
