you can hookup just about any thing and do wheelies all day

to anyone wanting to try out the track they are racing Sat. at 11am it'll give you a chance to try things out.:thumbsup:

when we were there for the ftms nitro,we all ran around the track no less than 3/4 throttle the whole time.the track is fast,big,and oldschool style fun.it reminded me of the old "bridgeport" days.

hey they did some work after th ftms nitro race they added some clay it is a little harder but it will still be fast but will need lots of water its going to be fun

We would appreciate any volunteers on Friday night and Saturday morning with track prep, car inspecting, etc. We will be there from about noon on Friday to PM, and from AM to PM on Saturday. Racing starts at Saturday morning. Kevin

Hi Scott, We installed another sprinkler just right of the score tower, also installed and other faucet and hose there. After this weekend we plan to install more sprinklers and faucets.

They were working on the sprinklers, not sure if they worked on the one you were talking about.

Hey guys lets here it for a guy we all have gotten beat by(LOL) at one point or another-Dakota Phend- Not only did this great driver go to the electric off road nats and win 1 class, he won 3 classes!!!!!!! That makes him the first national champion in super stock buggy, super stock truck and super stock 4wd!!! Not just wins but clean sweeps!!!in all 3 classes Dakota only had to run 2 of 3 a-mains to secure his victories!!! I can just see his dad grinning from ear to ear!!!

Thanks to Andrea L., Keith N., Moose and Paul for the assistance yesterday, It would of been a tougher day racing without all the help. And anyone else who assisted me that I might of missed.:thumbsup:

wow that was a fun day of racin!!! Al Horne was right , bridgeport re-incarnated!!!Stock buggy was a challenge by the end of the day for every body and it showed with more lead changes than we have seen in a while!!

I'd race that kind of surface any day. Grat traction, having to search for a lane to run, top speed hard to reach without a perfect setup and lane choice, lots of racing and close action. Its a ton of work to keep up this kind of track, but there great fun to race on.

man, what a day, sorry to anyone that had to hear me bi@ch on the drivers stand. the track was great in the first qually, then it just fell apart, worse than any other track. for those who complained about jones, HA. i would love to have raced at jones. my 1/8 scale was flipping down the straight, BAD. i was very frustrated all day saturday. i had 3 TQ's and could only muster a 4th in 4wd, burned a motor in 1/8th, and a 6th in 2wd buggy, my worst of the year. the guys who run the track were awsome, just wished it didnt get so BLOWN OUT. this is supposed to be fun, well it was not for me. 2wd buggy was un-drivable, thats not fun, just my opinions.

We accidentally left the scoring system speakers at the track Saturday night.

Is there anybody running the MORL series from around there heading to Pheasant Runn?

I should be at Pheasant Runn Sunday for the Nitro race, and probably an electric practice race if they host one.

Somehow we need to get those speakers. Whether we make a trip down, or somebody is heading toward Lansing.
