How about it? I think there should be a circuit for this and a market that would snap this up for under 40$. The vendor would still be making money. We don't need the "full meal deal" just the core. Anyone?

What should it do?.. and look like?
I've "cooked up" a few circuit boards now and then.
But then LIS is not my cup of tea.(Me with so many BF-109 kits yet to build)

Don, Just a chaser circuit, 1 speed, round. I am looking for relatively cheap and simple. A guy could sell a lot of these.

Anyone? Hello F91, We have been testing are new prototype podcore for the last 4-5 days and its performing perfect, but we still need time to build the model kit, photo, instructions, videos and build stock before any kind of release. We could sell a parts kit for around $40. If you have any questions call us at 650-568-3400.

Thanks

A parts kit would be fine with me. I can handle that.

I'm all for one of these! When the kit's out, I'll get one for sure.

as part of my "research" for Pod building, I re-watched (having seen the episode only once before- when it originally aired) the LIS episode "Target Earth"

It was as embarassingly bad as i remember it, but it did have some good color references of the full sized Pod. particulatly the lighting

in addition to the core and the front and back spots, there are more lights on the front the box below the left window had some blinkys which could be done with FO but the radar dish thingy that is on the right side sported a series of chase lights which would be impossible to recreate at this scale.

on the inside, the main lights to try to pull of would be the four (2 on each side) whitish lamps on the main control board which flashed back and forth.

other than the "periscope" and the random button lights, are there any other lights i've forgotton?
