Hey all,

I read the thread with the conversation with one of the founders, and in one of the replies someone mentioned a 800 number. I couldn't find that on their website, but I would love to have it as I'm having a problem logging in to their website.

It's weird, because apparently my e-mail (which only a few months old) is already registered with them! I don't believe that I'd done this with my current e-mail, yet I've attempted several times to get an e-mail sent to me to allow me to reset the password but so far have received nothing. That was three weeks ago.

I've made sure my spam filter for Trend Micro Internet Security is turned off, and I've added a Filter to allow any e-mails from quantummechanix.com to be fed right into my Inbox.

Still nothing. I've also tried several times to send details of this issue to customer service, but have had no responses from them either. I don't want to think that these guys are this bad at customer service because I REALLY want to buy the Serenity blueprints to help me make a Lego version of my favorite ship in the 'verse.

Any suggestions!
