I had a great time, sure felt good to be racing again. I think I speak for all of us when I say THANK YOU Cliff for all that you did to keep the RC Oval sport alive and well in middle georgia. I know it took a lot of time and $$ and i want you to know we all appreciate it. Hopefully the word will get out and our racin buddy list will continue to grow. I love the 21.5 class. alot of close racin and it will only get better once we get comfortable and settle down and put together alot of fast clean laps. Cant wait to do it again.

Had a blast. Thanks Cliff for the great facility. I know you will work to better an already great place to race.
Katfish we don't need no stinkin drivers stand. LoL !! Actually I used a step stool and it worked great.
The 21.5 was a lot of fun. We were all patting ourselves on the back about how fast we were, guess we need a HotShoe carpet racer to come show us how its really done.
How about Phil O., Butts, Lee, Dave P., Katfish, Eugene, anyone else??

I know this is not going to be the most popular decision in the world but due to the battery situation with orion and their 3200/3600's I am going to have to allow the SMC 3200 as we have guys wanting to join this class and they can't get batteries. The Orion 3200/3600's will still be legal through this change as a lot of racers already have them and there is no need to run out and grab new packs just because. The 17.5 lipo will run a novak motor and any brand of lipo up to 5000 mah but they must be in a hard case.

it looks like we have a schedule conflict already with AVL (my mistake). They have a race on the 17th just as we do, unfortunately I can't change the date so we will just have to do the best we can.

I think everyone who ran 21.5 enjoyed the format. I just wanted to make the main different from the qualifiers, The "A" will run 100 and the lower mains 75. Everyone has more than enough battery to run the 100 laps as the battery will last nearly 15 minutes.I see you ran a 100 lap Main in 21.5 looks like they only fell off a couple tenths over 6 1/2 minuts, howed everyone enjoy that one ?

Some people feel the need to elevate and that is fine, a milk crate would work fine for most folks I guess. Wade had a little step he was standing on, didn't seem to help his driving though, lol! I like having the length of the straight away to stand in so it doesn't feel cramped but that's just me.
