This is a 50/50 auction where half the winning bid goes to our favorite charity ADDWC. Up for bids is a MATCHED set of the Pink Slip Racer and the Event Car (#16). I would be near impossible to win matching numbers and especially this low a numbered set so these are some real gems. You’ll be the first on the block with these castings as well. If you ordered the Pace and Green machine set then you will have secured all four castings for your collection and is a big plus for those who can’t attend the show next month. I was also include the line art drawings of these castings. This is a great way to help the cause, help the charity and help your collection.

No, the Pink Slip Racer is very hard to get. You have to enter the gravity races AND be matched up against the PSR AND beat it.... not easey.. I know a guy who went 4 years without being able to win one..

Rob is right the PSR can be really difficult and in the early years we only gave out one car a heat now there is two chances in each full heat. Beat it head to head if you are lucky enough to draw it as a heat race OR win the entire heat. As long as enough people sign up and they move at a pretty good clip up to 40 cars will be awarded. There will be some donated to the ADDWC auction as well.

The Event car should be easier as it is awarded in the Custom Contests, ET Racing and a new event this year. If you don't win an Event car they will also be available for sale at the show.

The key here is it's a matched set and if the winner has purchased a set of the Pace Car/GM I see no reason why they won't ask to have those paired up as well for an ultra rare way to get a full set of cars with all the same NUMBERS!!!!!! Sweet sixteen.:woohoo:

This isn't a show casting. These are the Pace Car offerings that underwrite the cost of the show. In years past these were made and mailed out in March/April not during the show. This run got so pushed back it ran as one production. I feel these cars should have been in your hands long ago. Again not a show exclusive like the PSR or Event car which is a different story and meant for those attending FIRST. :)

hmmm... according to the pictures and the rear side of the box shown, one is an "Event car" and one is a " Pink slip Racer" both of which will be the cars at the show... no?... Neither one is the "Pace Car" you are referring to, but maybe i am just confused.
