I’m putting this in the form of a new thread so that it will not be buried on page thee of an old one. I am quick to argue when I think I am right but at the same time I should be just as quick to apologize when I am in the wrong.

It seems that I have been operating under misunderstood information. I was under the impression that the RMT was “mandatory” for National events. However I have been told now that it is an “option” and not mandatory.

Because of my misunderstanding of the facts, I made statements about ROAR, the Nationals and to Scott that were in my error. For this I apologize to all concerned.

This does not change my opinion of the use of the RMT and the out of control entree fees they cause but it does put a different light on them being at the race in the first place.

McLin -- Thanks but it totally unwarranted.

Were it not for racers such as yourself voicing their concerns and actually caring, I would have never gotten involved.

Tell ya what, spot me 10 laps in the main and we can call it even.
