There are talks about there being a track to replace the Sugar Bowl. Yes it is concrete. :D

There's only one other crete track that can be remotely close to what the Bowl was...maybe even better. I'm not going to spoil the suprise, but if it's the one I'm thinking of, then I'm pulling out a nitro car to go play!!!
