Hi, did the trucks yesterday, will clearcoat them tomorrow. Going to try on an old car first with "testors one coat lacquer" to see the results it give. Read here about what to use put can't remember where. Think it was one of CadillacPat's articles. Anyway will give it a try and keep you posted.

What I usually do is brush over the decal with Testors/Model Masters bottled clear coat. Then I'll put a little dab on the headlights, tail lights, mirrors, even a silver bumper just to give them a little shine.

:wave: tried the "testors one coat lacquer" it did a beautyful job, the trucks are nice and shinny and made the decals look even better. Dadvball's idea is very good too it would save alot of money on lacquer cause with a can alot gos in thin air.:thumbsup:
