I liked it! And with the surprise - to me anyway - I will now be very disappointed if there isn't a Hellboy III. I haven't been buying books for the last 12 months or so, but I think I'll see what Hellboy/B.P.R.D. books might have been published during that time and get caught up.

Hellboy II was quite a bit different than Hellboy, but is still good. It didn't seem to be based on one of the comic book stories. Instead, Del Torro and Mike Mignola wrote the story together.
I liked the tributes that Del Torro made to The Bride of Frankenstein and the Creature from the Black Lagoon in the movie. Del Torro was supposed to remake the Creature movie several years ago, but it fell through.
I am looking forward to Del Torro's Hobbit movie when it comes out.

I strongly recommend the current three-issue Hellboy miniseries, THE CROOKED MAN -- very straightforward story that's easy to jump into, with cool old school horror art by Richard Corben. It was the perfect book for Dark Horse to have on the stands at the time of the movie's release.
Saw it yesterday. Great movie, outstanding character design and super special effects. My son when with me and liked it a lot too. Selma Blair is really hot (pun intended) and the interactions and banter of the team made it seem like they were doing this for years. This was our appetizer for the Friday 10 AM showing of TDK and we were not disappointed.
If the Hulk had this good CGI, it would have been a lot more successful.

The first Hulk movie CGI was such a dissapointment to me. Then I saw the preview for the second Hulk movie and that was also a dissapointment. It looked more like one of those modern video games to me. They may be better off not making any more Hulk movies.

I love Selma. I think she's got sexy eyes.

Pity Sexydesktop.co.uk has become just a link-to-other-wallpaper-sites site, or you could've downloaded and gazed into her eyes to your heart's content ;)

Oh, I got everything Selma from SexyDesktop already! :)
I lament their passing deeply. 'twas a great site, and a daily visit.
