HE WILL PURCHASE ITEMS FROM YOU, PAY YOU AND ONCE RECIEVED FILE WITH PAYPAL, THAT HE NEVER RECIEVED THEM. PARTS THEM OUT AND SELLS THEM, BEFORE YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO REBUT HIS CLAIM.

I am sorry man, but you have enough proof there to prosecute that dude to the full extent of the law. How can he be some dumb as to sell parts of something that he claimed he never received?
I am getting the word out to the forums I frequent.

I would call the local authorities of where he lives and provide them with your proof.
If anything he is guilty of theft and maybe even wire fraud.
Also, provide eBay with that proof and have them shut down his auction as the items are stolen.

I Just Got Off The Phone With Detective Dan Bristol, With The Heyburn Police Department. I Will Be Filing A Possesion Of Stolen Property Report With The Charlotte Police Tonight and faxing it to him for further prosecution. I Am Looking At Opening A Wire Fraud Claim With The Fbi And Have Already Opened A Case With The Postal Inspector For Mail Fraud.
