we decided to make different side pods for the new Aggressor 2 super modified this is what they will look like for every car, more down force and aerodynamic look, even looks fast. www.theaggressor.20m.com will be updating our parts list soon with pictures rear trailing arms are almost complete.

Could a sprint car be converted to a modified? Just a thought for the tracks with not enough sprints to run but has others wanting Mods.

Sure ya could.

I always wanted to convert one of my stock cars into an ECM East Coast Modified. Make the body out of a lexan or polycarbonate sheet, leave the front open, put a spoiler on it and go. No need the spend $130+shipping on a car body:wave:

you can use a sprint car and change it over to a modified you just have to lower the cage, the aggressor super mod is an 1" 1/2 shorter on the top cage. and add your panels and get rid of the tail section and add lexan. i really like modifieds and would like to see more of them thats why i started building a super mod, i want to race sprints and super mod, just trying to get car counts for races. the rule book says all you have to do is make it look like a east or west coast modified. they are a blast to build. you can add your off set ect. i hope i get to see everyone at the nationals in boulder this year i would really like to meet everyone i think we all would have a blast.

Back in 99 , the first Mason Dixon race I went to in Easley there was an ECM class there. I think Noel Templeton and his group from Virginia came down and ran one heck of a show . There must have been twenty cars there . I think the track they usually ran had that class . Only saw them once after that though . They did look pretty good and I think you're right Tim , it was a body change on a GN car with a squared off front bumper and most used the foam side pods .
