Is any of you having problem with orders from Trax of Australia ?

I order 10 models on May 17th, 2008. They charged my credit card for AUS $481.44 and never delivered. They have no email address, they don't answer to my faxes... and they keep mailing me catalogs and leaflets !!!

I have had excellent service from Trax/Top Gear. I recently received two Ford/AU models by mail from Australia to USA about three weeks after ordering from their web site.

Several (maybe eight or so) years ago an order for one model never arrived. I wrote them and a replacement model appeared in just a couple of weeks. They have never given me any problem; good luck solving your issue.
