View Full Version : Hornt Pro Stock 1/2 Done

The plan is to have both cars, Wally Booth with the AMC packman logo and Maskin & Kanners Hornet X painted up. I have a second Hornet that can do the job. This is the rolling chassis with the body mounted that I finished up Sunday. I have some more body work to do. The cowl has to be filled and the hood scoop attached. I have some work to do to make decals. I might even try some hand lettering with some one shot.

I was at the 1974 Gatornationals when Wally Booth won his first Pro Stock race.I was by the timing booth when he finished.I said about time and Wally said Yeah you're telling me.It was a great win for such a nice guy. Tom Stumpf

So Cool! Thanx for posting your build.

HO is my scale... more out of necessity I suppose...but I always love to see big boy cars in process. I'm envious of the huge canvas you have to work with

True Dat. AND the selection. I wish someone was out there just pushin out bodies of everything ever made. Some hard plastic bodies, mounts or no mounts. Great Car!!!!!!!!
