The intent of that rule was to keep people from attaching the piping or tubing to the muffler and trying to gain any advantage of a stinger or anything that would enhance the performance. fish4check 07-07-2008, 10:12 PM I hope the heck someone can loan or sell me 7 inches of that stuff? Most of the places like Zone/ O'Rieleys only have it in 1 1/2. Walk into the nearest one and ask for some Pre-heater tubing 85/86 Chevy Caprice or Pickup. Thanks Paul Paul ,,, I get it at,,, CAR QUEST,, part number is ,,96028,, it is 1" x 36" cloth covered , aluminum center , Paper liner ,, Works great especially after the paper gets soaked in oil and blows out , I do put a line of shoe goo full lenght just to help hold it together ,,Robert :thumbsup: Slider 07-19-2008, 08:06 AM Robert.
