Although I'm active in state wide club, I'd like to get a 'Garage Club' started in Lakeland, Florida which is in area code 863.

Tracks would include the Wiz Scorpion shown in the photos. There is also a Brystal Scorpion and a Bowman 2-lane road course.

My idea is not to compete with the State Club. They've got a good deal going on and it is well organized. If you want to chase points, it's the place to do it. Plus, there are just some really good racers that you can learn a thing or two from.

I'm just trying to get a side thing going were some guys and juniors can have some fun a few times a month. At a minimum it could 'farm' people up to the State level. At most, we're not sitting around watching TV! :thumbsup:

The Brystal Scorpion is at a friends house. It's in a very small room and difficult to have any room to work. I think we'd both like a place more permanent for it that can be accessible any hours for 'club' members.

Oh well, just a wish I suppose... . :rolleyes:

What type of cars are you guys running over in Lakeland?
