Any word on tires for this track?
last year it was red compund ifmar pins during the day, and silver ifmars after dusk when the track was holding good moisture. hole shots also work pretty good down there, I am going to try some green compound double d's by j concepts on the buggy and see if I like em.

yep , sure are . I was hoping to make it down sooner to run some oval, but have just been way to damn busy. actually I just got done painting up a new sprint body for my T4 so I gotta come put some dirt on it!That and brandon hated running an edm body , so the orange #5 body has been revived!!

thanks to everyone who braved the MONSOON we had at the track right when it was time to start racing, but it was still a great race and a fun time. This series is headed on the right track full steam ahead once again. Thanks from the Stateline crew. see you next year.

Yep , even though it rained buckets it was still a good time come the end of the day!! I have a quick question regarding points and starting position in the next race for an official, or anybody whoo knows.. Going into the stateline race I was ranked 10th in points for mod truck, but I was started in the c- main in 25th position overall for qualifying. Any body know why this would be???why would I be in qualifiers with people with no points as of yet in the series?? It just seems kind of odd when I was gridded for points in stock buggy and started qualifying right where I should have(minus a couple spots that were no-shows). It just makes sense to me that if I went into the race in 10th place over-all I should have been qualifying in the 10th spot in the A to start off with. Am I missing something here?

also lets hear it for crushing the oval track record with 33 laps running a t4/J82 with a sprint body!!!

420, That had to be a mistake on our part. In the future if that happens, please see scorring right away and we will do our best to correct it. It got really buisy once we got to the point of seeting the qualifying boards. The weather really ave everyone a big curve. Sorry if that wound up with you in the wrong qualifyer. We will work to do better in the future!

The track came in right away and the Stateline crew did wonders getting a drenched track ready to race!

fish thats kinda what I figured happened. It just really kinda sucks because i didnt even realize it until my main with keeping my 2 cars going and my son's 2 cars going. It would have been much easier for me to get a clean run in qualifying if I had started where I was supposed to be in the first place, so I actually ended up going backwards in points because of it.

Yeah its BIG compared to my kid's buggy sprinter. I really wish I would have had some ifmar pins mounted up for it I could have turned 34 man. I had to drive it super conservative because the hole shots were loading up in the fluff after the first round .

I want to know why they only started 8 in the A main stock buggy when last race they started 10 and they started 10 in all the other classes last month they had one car in the B and said you win there was 4 in the B this timeshould have been 10 in the A this week
And great job by the crew at stateline on the mud pit they made in to a race track for us to play on

Hats off to Kevin and the whole Stateline crew for getting the track back together so we could race. Great day of racing and hanging out with friends. Even got to hang out with the Phend family again.

Apl... You should have put that car together during the rain. We would have got you dialed in with it.

See everyone at M-40.
