If the guy sez the deceased was the Nigerian Minister of Basemental Recreation who smuggled the collection into the US in 1991, and he just needs a $350 payment in advance from a US citizen like you to clear the estate's back import duties on it, and then he'll split the whole collection with you afterwards, I suggest that you let the opportunity pass.
