First off, congrats to Sam Presnal on his 15 or so lap victory in the gascar race at Easely this past weekend. Its True- Sam Dominated the main, handed the smurfs there @ %% on a platter. Great job Sam. For those who might not know Sam, He is a sorda quiet type guy, drives a super fast HYPERDRIVE, in other words he carries a big stick, and boy did he beat up on them smurfs with it. GREAT JOB SAM....!!!!
For me the best part was after i fell out of the race, and went down in the infield to help turn marshall. I have never seen a RC Racer run out of breath, however i can say that i did Saturday night. The Smurfs spent so much time running up and down off the driver stand, i thought they were going to collapse. in fact OLD # 3 just give up, and started running from the steps. It was not pretty for OLD BLUE BOY.
I would also like to say thanks to the rc-oval guys who came to run with us at Easely. They put on a great show. I still can't get over how Larry ran so good in that one qualifier when he ran with no hands. Larry-This Bud is for you.

Man what a weekend.
When I work that hard I am used to making money, not spending it. I really think that track has developed a taste for my Coyote car. Itsure has chewed on it here lately.
If was not one thing it was another for me this weekend. I think I ened up turning 50 laps, once you added ALL my qualifiers together. :( This is one time I was grateful for a low turnout. Then in the main I had the clutch pins back out and jam up against the case. It was definately not my night.
I guess there goes another throwout.
See ya next time!!

CONGRATULATIONS to Sam Presnal on his win in the GASCAR main this past weekend. Sam sure had us coverd,.......AGAIN!!!!! Thanks to all the racers who bit the bullet on gasoline prices to make the drive to Ealey. Next stop for the Coyote boys is the ROAR Nats. We sure are going to need the next month off to lick our wounds and get these Song Dogs howling again. Congrats to Kevin Andrews for his TQ again. Kevin is always fast! Scott had a bubber weekend, Jason spent the day repairing his chassis, and I had motor issues all day. It seems like I can make every's engine sing but my own........On the way back to Alabamy, the wheels were churning in my head about ways to make the mains more fun and competitive but keep the attrition down. Scott and I batted around some ideas, but look for some "food for thought" on the GASCAR Website in the days to come. Thanks again for all you racers who came out to support the GASCAR Points Series again. See you you at the Nats.

Thanks guys, had a great time as usual. I finally got the monkey off my back and won a .12 race! Looking forward to running with everyone again at the Nats. The RC-Oval .09 series is going to be at Easley July 26th, so if anyone wants to run .12s with us to prepare for the Nats we would be glad to have you.

OK Phee Phee. You make it sound worse than it really was. At least we finished. Saw you turn marshalling after 40 so laps.
It was a good race. Congrats to Sam. Thinking about coming on the 26th to get more time in.

If I can find a new or real good motor, might play with y'all. Sam may have to spot me a little.

Just borrow Sams backup engine, It will be fast enough to handle most of us.
