:thumbsup:Well my project "LRD" is done & here it is ! It is based on my resincast TYCO S Hot Rod but with many changes. I added a "trunk" in back this time so I can really lower the body drasticly.Also it helped to make use of my remaining T-Jet slimline chassis.Body is also modified with a lowered interior ( I dremeled out the old interior & installed a new one in a lower position) to give it a lowered effect so the driver rides lower & I also redid the front side cowling & exhausts (Prototyped from the Atlas MBz 300SLR kit exhausts).Also lowered roll bar to complete the lowering effect.Car is painted in Testors Blue Angel Blue-a FANTASTIC HOt Rod / Rat Rod color ! Decals are from slotrod65.
THe original slimlines are to much $$$ but hopefully Dash will come out with their own slimline soon ( a good one not like the Stinkeroo REH - MMT+ )so a I can justify prototyping a mold off this car.If not I will consider making it if there is enough interest.
Actually it can ride the regular T-Jet type chassis if you modify the rear post & dremel down the rear corners of the chassis.
