I have a 18MT and I am going to get a brushless system right now. ( next week or so) I want the mamba sidewinder but I dont know what one to get. I was thinking about the 5700 but I want to make sure an almost stock mt can handle it. Also, is it true that the sidewinder can handle all the motors? ( lowest to 8000?) soo if I get a lower one I can upgrade it later?

Thanks for any help

The 18mt is 1/18 scale, and I do believe the sidewinder is for 1/10 scale. It won't fit.

I would say if you just want to playwith a bit more power and speed, the 2054 would be a pleasent ride. If you want to give all he// then the 2080. I think the 2068 would be the best all around set up, plenty of power and longer run times. And the 68 would be alot more drivable in race conditions. That is just my opinion.

and you can always turn down the throttle end points on your radio if its too much. get the bigger motor !! if ya ever end up selling the truck, keep the speedo and motor and use it in your next mini !!
