I have a problem starting up a B&S 3.5 horse 148cc small engine.

Was hoping of finding a repair manual for it.

None of the B&S manuals have shown up on line for free. You're relegated to buying it. Keep in mind that the IPL (Illustrated Parts List) and owner's manual is available on line right from B&S for no charge. Several of the folks who handle online parts carry the repair manual(s). Your local repair place may also carry them in stock. They are a reasonable investment if you want to keep the machine for a while!

What is the problem with the motor? Post the model,type and code numbers usually stamped in the engine shroud just above the sparkplug and maybe the folks on this forum can fix it for you and you won't need the manual. Have a good one. Geo
