I still haven't figured out what my obsession is with the 66 Batmobile, but I know I always loved it since I first saw it when it first came on TV in the 60s. I got a 1/64 Corgi replica back in the early 70s and kept it all these years. I always knew it was not a perfect casting but hung onto it anyway. This HW casting is the best 1/64 casting yet and I keep trying to think of ways to improve it. HW sure left alot of detail off of it, but still it's only a dollar car.
This time I have added some more of the fine red pinstripe and a Batman driver with Robin the boy wonder in the passinger seat !!!

Nice job, a lot better looking than that old Corgi.

I know someone converted the JL Futura into a Batmobile... now I am waiting for someone to convert the HW Batmobile into a Futura. (I know I am crazy)
