Just want to thank Bill and Joez & everyone else involved,

This came in the mail today from Washington. Mr. Bill and others in Chat came up with this while I was absent from Chat (sneaky guys you are).

Re-assembled some of the parts because of some harsh shipping conditions (got dropped and kicked a few times) by some Postal workers during their lunch break I'm sure.

Was tricky figuring out how this went together and did a needle in a haystack look around for some of the tiny pieces in the box it was shipped in.

Bill did a great job packing it and even took pictures of how this thing looked via E-Mail before it got shipped. Thanks a Bill-ion Bill for this fine piece of art!

This is Awesum and I just love it so much!!:woohoo: I did have to super glue some parts back and trying to figure out the Heart Mooneye Rookie of the year 2007 was kinda tricky. I thought for some reason that it went in the top track screw hole on the track piece.

Let me tell you that this thing is freaking Wild man. Mooneyes, 55 Chevy by Joez (Joez thanks for this special Wacked out 55 build), Custom made Godzilla monster eating a really Kewl trashed out T-Jet and the Heart underneath "Rookie of the Year 2007 & Mooneyes on the other side SPINS VIA A MICROWAVE TIMER MOTOR, All jammed in a silver cup with stand and a fun gaurd railed Aurora track with Landscaping.

Holy Crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't Thank Bill Enough for putting this all together for me and Everyone who agreed to make my head swell and make me a "Rookie of the Year". Awwwww Shucks...please don't treat me any different than you did before as I am just a regular slot car Freak just like the rest of you slot Geeks...Har

It just doesn't get much better than this...Hobby Talk, slot cars and Super Duper HT kewl People! I love you guys man.

Bob...Speechless isn't my style (LOL)...zilla

Absences are usually punished....but in this case it was decided that Bobzilla should be awarded Chat's first annual rookie of the year award. Dont ever turn yer back Bob....you should know that by now! :freak:

Do we really need to readdress Bob's body of work? Zilla single handedly has bailed HOHT auctions out ...not once... but three times! Then add a veritable mountain of builds over the last year. Plus all the care packages and surprises that he sends all over the country. :woohoo:

So for meritorious service above and beyond the call of duty, inspiring slotters everywhere with his imagination and enthusiasm, Bob was the unanimous choice.

Thanks to Joez for the nifty topper car. The Zilla lizard was actually two dinos stolen from my grandyuns and gooped together. The awesome 'maro came from Greg Gipe in a scrap lot. The turntable motor came from our kitchen....via the old micro wave. I scored the chaffing dish at a garage sale fer fiddy cent.

A special thanx goes out to Bob's wife Ginger for her role in the caper, and of course the rest of the slot-tard regulars in chat fer playing along. ;)

Dont thank me/us Bob, ya earned this token of our appreciation fair and square!

Our very own Bobzilla has been literally CRANKING OUT fine HO builds, friendship, and flat-out fun. From the work he's done for the auctions, to the time he takes to entertain us with his HT posts, to the care packages he's surprised so many of us with... I can't think of a more worthy recipient.

WTG Bob!!! .....nuther dave

For all you do... This babe's for you!!!

No offense to any other newbies., but Bob is flat out fun to be around. He has jumped onboard sharing tips and tricks, helped out in the auctions with Paint decals and ideas ( Pool Party was a Bob-zilla creation) plus his creations go from sedate to far-out and funky
sometimes in the same post lol.. Congrads Bob Keep up the Great work!

Congrats, Bob! You have no idea how hard it was to keep this under my hair, brother. (I hate wearing hats) Bill said he would give me a heads up on when it was time to ship the trophey out after I pestered him for the sixth or seventh time . LOL

Bill did a mighty fine top-shelf build on his presentation. I had a picture in my mind of what he had described he would build but I think he was being modest! it is a very cool award from one great guy to another. hi 5s to you both!

Congratulations Bob...Monster Man...zilla!!! A well deserved award for a man of your kind. Some of the wild creations and stuff you come up with, as well as the reality cars that you post on HT, keeps me laughing and wanting to see more. I hope our paths cross someday, I'd like to shake that hand, if you can put down the spraycan long enough. Thanks for everything Rookie...RM
