Track opens at 9 racing around 3 unless we get a LARGE turnout.

Jim - whenever something new comes along it attracts a lot of attention for a while. Right now there are too many options and not enough racers. I recall several years ago, the Mill held a stock only race and it was one of the largest turnouts there ever. That's why I'm trying to generate some interest in having everyone come out to run 13.5 at the July 5th race.

So far, it looks like there will be racers coming from PA, NJ and MD. Let's make it a big show!

Have braced knee willl race ....Don't know about marshalling though don't think the knee can or will be able to take it. I found out I have some ligament damage :(

As of right now its the 5th. Geo has something with the family that got changed to the 5th, thats why it MIGHT, and its a VERY SMALL MIGHT that it may be changed to the 6th.

Greg, the race you were talking about was that the 4th of July race with 50+ Stockers a few years back? Awesome turnout that night. I won the 50/50. The 5th would be great that gives us the 6th to hang out at home all day.

Jim, I hope the race stays on Saturday. I know I can't make Sunday, and with most going bac to work on Monday it may hurt the attendance.

I am actually going to be in Mechanicsburg all weekend for my daughters softball tournament. I will skip some games on Saturday to make the race, but Sunday is eliminations and I want to be at those games.

I really hate to post this with the response we have been getting for the race to be on saturday, but George HAS to move the race to sunday. He has a family deal that he can not get out of.

Both George and I are very sorry for any inconvience this may be causing on both the Tracks side and anyone who cant attend on sunday.
