What do the inductance reading Mean? and How were they taken? No readings I've seen are anywhere close to these numbers.

13.5 BL: Novak motors

#2 motor

no rotor- 59.6
rotor- 36.9 to 41.5

#4 motor

no rotor- 57.6
rotor- 36.4 to 40.5

#5 motor

No rotor- 59.7
rotor- 38.8 to 42.3 Lowest to highest reading

#6 motor

no rotor- 59.6
rotor- 38.0 to 41.1 Lowest to highest reading

Your numbers are 19.0 to 22.5 micro henries for a 13.5 BL..

I don't understand, could you explain your min numbers?

i think you are checking the average of 2 poles..you need to check each individual pole..

check from the pole to the short ring also! your numbers seem like what i'm getting but i think the short ring is a lower number

This is How Roar did there inductance checks. They measure from the solder tabs to the front end of the motors shorting ring. The #6 motor from above, reads : A-22.5, B-22.5. C-22.6....

pull about one wind off each one and you'll be right on

This new method they are using checks each individual pole to make sure that no one has taken a wind off of it. The old method, if it was explained right, actually checks two poles at a time or something along those lines. The new way is pretty much cheat proof.
