We all thank Mike V for the time and effort he put into the 2006 -2007 NEOT Tour. Did I hear a rumor that Dave C wanted to step-up and run the 2008 - 2009 NEOT Tour????

Mike V did a great job reviving it from what it was, I can say I had a lot of fun in the series and I hope someone can take it over were mike is leaving it and NO I wont do it,lol

Heres my vote.. oldtimer for president. Bring back the old format 10 races and include the banked tracks Barre, Turn 4 and Central Maine.

Guys, I have been contacted and believe the person will run a great tour. IMO 10 races is to much, with all the other large events going on in the area and national type races a smaller tour would work better. As for the banked tracks, If there interested they will contact the the new person and work with him on rules and dates. 2 of the 3 tracks above never contacted NEOT when I was running it, the third just fell thru, leave it at that please. I'll be in more contact with the guy in the near future and I believe the changes he wants to implement with help the racers and track to gain larger crowds for these races.
