these are the type of people that are going to ruin this website. they going on here and buying stuff and when they receive it they try to blackmale you into sending them more stuff for free or they threaten to put up a bunch of post and try and ruin your name. i sold josh1 420 a l4 roller and in the description it said would have center and side shock and that you would have to add your electronics.i thought if you were buying a used car you would get the parts that originally came with it..the side shocks were also the original shocks that came with it. they also want me to send them a servo that was clearly described that it was coming with NO ELECTRONICS.. sellers beware i would hate to see any one else go through what i am going through with these two.

you did not state in the add the you would be switching the center shock taking the tires off and the servo mounts. Yes you did say no electronics so no problem with it not having a servo. If you take a pic and put it in your add you need to take a pic of what the buyer is buying. You need to state clearly that the center shock will be switched back to the stock and the servo will be coming off there will be no tires wheel bearings or servo mounts.YOU DID NOT. If you dont want to tell people everything they are not getting then you should have just posted a pic of the car with the stock center shock no servo no tires wheel bearings or servo mounts. Check my rating on ebay as well as my father and hobbytalk we do not go around looking for free stuff I just want what I paid for.

everyone who reads this please take a look in the oval section at the add that says Associated L4 cheap!!!!! Read the description look at the pics and then go to the photo album and look at what I received.

and remember those are his pics its not hard to change things around to make things look how you want them too

you already admitted that you took the servo servo mounts tire and switched the center shock what else could I have done to make it look different

Look what you did was wrong I know this you know this everyone that has been reading these post knows. If you want to send me the center shock tires and servo mounts that were it the pic than we can drop this and I will let everyone know that you made this right. I have been thinking of filing a dispute to get my money back but really dont feel like goin through all that. If you want to send me that stuff you have my address if not I'll just take the loss end of story.

Dave I would just send his money back and get your car. I have some shocks,and front end parts and a bag of tires you can have for the car. I will never use them and you have helped me out several times. If you can afford to wait a week or two I'll build it up to sell for you. After pay pal fee's and shipping what did you end up with like 60 bucks?

And BTW Dave is a straight shooter. I have made trades, bought things from him...And have NEVER got burned.

WOW!

just want to let every one know that josh and his dad are not bad people to deal with actually quite pleasent.. i believe that there was just a huge misundersting and i believe that we got everything worked out and i would be more than happy to do business with josh or his dad again. the one thing i would like to say is that if every one else would of just let us work this thing out it would have been no where near as big of a mess as what it turned into...

i am glad to hear you guys got everything worked out when need to keep this hobby and forum a place for people to enjoy,learn,and purchase items to keep the rc hobby growing!
