I am going to cast these up along with some other drivers....will post more pics as soon as they get done...this is a proto-type and needs a little X-Acto trim before I pour the mold...yeah!

They had 1/32 Skull driver heads for lots of 60s cars and now I will have them in ho scale!

Was doing up this Mullet Beer car the other day and this decapitated Mullet head sprang the idea into my skull.

So this is what the first pour of my mold looks like...NO HEAD...I hate when that happens. LOL

Obviously air got trapped down below the neckline....I am trying another one right now and used a toothpick to pull some air bubbles out. *crossing my fingers and hoping for at least a chin this time...har

Well this is what popped out this time...not good enough though. Will maybe try and just cast the head separate from the body...well not for a while because I got other slot car work to do now.

Having better luck at punching out Porsche's so....will come back to this project at a future date.

Bob push a pin through the bottom of the mold where the top of the head would be,this should help a bunch,also use a tyco plastic flag pole to help push the resin in the mold,toothpick will tear you mold up quicker.
