When did Novak start putting in the sintered rotors in the 13.5? Do all SS versions have them?

All of the NOVAK motors now come with the SINTERED Rotors except the XBR Sport versions.

Motors like the 21.5 and 17.5 were only put out that way, I believe the 13.5, 10.5 and 8.5 all have XBR Non- Sintered versions now.

I believe it's been right about a year now that this change was made.

...speaking of which - I noticed the other day that my LHS still has several "Old Stock" B/L motors on their wall w/ the NON- Sintered setup...both in ESC/MOTOR combos, and motors by themselves...and most customers have refused to purchase these because they are still at full list price.

We upgraded the original 13.5T motors with sintered rotors when we introduced the SS Pro series about a year ago.

All of the SS Pro motors feature sintered rotors.

The EX motors still have bonded rotors. We continued offering the bonded EX motors, because some tracks still required bonded rotors at that time.

An example of monumental stupidity. I would sell them at cost, or lower, and move on.
