I am new to the custom world of diecast and was wondering how you guys open the blister pack without tearing it. I tryed asking sellers on the bay but I could not find anyone that would tell me.

Any ideas would be great.

THANKS!

First welcome to hobbytalk. Hope your stay is a long and lasting one. As for opening the blisters, which ones are you talking about? Johnny Lightning and Jadas come in all plastic while Matchbox and Hot Wheels come on cardboard. The JLs and Jadas are much more difficult to open without making a huge tear. So until you can tell us which brand your looking to do, a true answer might be hard to come by.

EDIT: If your able, swing by on Friday night for chat. Plenty of people who are on there could answer all of your questions. I usually come in sometime during the evening as well. Gunn usually posts the time and it's 6:30 pm Eastern time tommorow night.

If I can't fully answer your question, I'm sure many others can.
