found these four beauts after i went with my wife to the doctor last friday

k-mart here got in a couple cases with these in them last week.

Nice looking MB finds. I believe they were released officially back in Jan or Feb of this year.

If you never saw them before then they are new to you. Seems like distribution of the new MBs this year has been slow for some reason or another.

i also got those from a store -Kmart- that seems to be void of "serious" collectors, NOT VOID OF SCALPERS! but collectors, there were tons of HW's, they had two of those round things that go in the center aisle FULL, pegs in the aisle were full, MB pegs were full and they even had more on the end cap of the aisle against the wall, where i found these. i was debating getting another one of those yellow mini's but didnt do it. but seriosly i havent seen these in my area. i must be up against some hardcore folks if they have been out half a year and i just now found some!!!

i think the economy has really effected collecting around here. i regularly see treasure hunts hanging. not supers. and k-mart is packed with diecast. they still have greenlight cars from the first series they got almost 2 years ago now.

yeah i only have 2 kmarts "near" me and they never have any new GL's, same corvette barrett jackson, muscle car garage stuff they have had for months.....i think if they were a little bit cheaper they might move faster, but as far as T-hunts go, in Hickory North Carolina there are like 5 guys who are notorious for being scalpers, collectors that i have never met before know them by name, i wont say cause i dont know, they might be members, but i havent found a Thunt hanging in hickory since 1999 :( i had to open the cases myself to get some of the MB anniversary cars, these guys sell them at the local flea market for $5 "**SIGH**" anyhow i may just start asking you guys to hook me up if i see something i dont have on here, i havent been really good about that so far, i am definitely willing to trade just about anything, but most of my good trade bait is gone, trying to sell off some stuff to buy some baby stuff. anyhow, the economy in my state and specifically this area was hit extremely hard in the past 10 years, i live in the heartland of hosiery mills and furniture factories, i would say that 90% of that business is gone. luckily i havent been effected by it, but, the guys that scalp in my town do it because they used to work in the furniture industry. It is their main income source..... man can you tell i dont get to talk much at work i just let it all vent out here on HT hahahaha anyhow goodnight folks cya tomorrow
