I found this little plat set at Target with these 3 little dirt bikes and riders... I'm still not sure how the thing was suppose to work, so I added a little detail to the bikes and riders and they wound up as stars in my diorama !!!

VERY cool - was the three wheeler with them?? Was it a cake set or something?

No, the 3 wheeler I molded myself a long while back... I used a paper clip for the handlebars... I can't remember where I got the original 3 wheeler I made the mold from though...
