Hello everyone, I'm new here and I have a small hobby machine shop and into pulling tractors and lawn mower racing.
I have a 16 hp Onan and need the head bolt torque sequence and bolt pattern if anybody can help I would greately appreciate your help.

Iam not certain of your engine style, however If you snug all bolts just wrist tight,then start with the 2 middle bolts, go side to side then form an X pattern is not so critical aslong as one sie of the head is not torqued tighter than the other. I would draw you bolt pattern on paper then number the bolt sequence trying to keep in mind always go to the next farest bolt away,you'll be ok. After the engine has run for a while retorque.
I know you can do it just think it out on paper and take your time.
