BRhodes 08-10-2008, 10:13 PM My first time to this track and i was very impressed. It was nice to get back on the carpet even if it was only for some practice. I can't wait for the oval season. Thanks to Shawn and Kevin. Bob Rhodes
JW#62 08-16-2008, 03:13 PM I didnt know were an how to post this????
I think that the 4 or 5 tracks that we all
can race at, should try and have the same kind
of RULES... So if we want to race around
we dont have a BIG car change over
What Im trying to say is 17.5
would be with stock, an 21.5 lipo an 13.5 4 cell
An a spec truck class 17.5 WT batts..
Just trying to keep oval going....
Not trying to tell or run any ones
track....
JW#62
Lohrr1 08-16-2008, 04:13 PM I would agree JW, if many of the same classes/rules are run at the tracks in the area, we would be more likely to have racers run multiple tracks, especially since they will race on different days. I plan to run mainly Boardman & Classic.
Rick
JW#62 08-20-2008, 05:51 PM Shawn
Any thing on classes or rules???
JW
Lohrr1 08-20-2008, 07:21 PM Anything on the swap meet?
Is carpet season starting after Labor Day?

I know we are far away from you guys, but I would like to get an idea of some of these rules to try and apply them at our track. Maybe we can have some what of a tournament or something for next season involving tracks in Ohio.
Any ideas are appreciated!
Thanks,
EricL

Robertw321 08-31-2008, 12:26 AM Are you going to run a 21.5 LiPo class? If you are what rules are you using?
BRhodes 08-31-2008, 02:11 AM Are you going to run a 21.5 LiPo class? If you are what rules are you using?
I was hoping that Boardman and Classic were going to have the same rules but after seeing the direction that classic seems to be going I am hoping that Boardman sticks with BRL rules. Just my opinion.

I plan to run both tracks and hope both would run the BRL rules with the exception of allowing the Orion 3200 battery.
Rick
chase67 08-31-2008, 03:48 PM Thanks for all the interst in the indoor season.
I reviewing the rules and contemplating some suggestions that were given to me earlier.
I will have an answer within a few days.
The last thing i want to do is have everyone changing just to race at the track.
Dont Forget
Saturday Sept 20th 2008
In/Out Swap Meet and Race
8am registration for tables
Tables open at 9am
Outdoor Dirt track Race to start at 4pm
BDDelbert2 08-31-2008, 04:48 PM
Just a quick note. The Hooter's Tour first race is scheduled at Freddies on Sept 20th. If the swap meet date is not set in stone, it might be a good idea to change it so as to not lose Tour racers to Freddies. Just something to think about.
Thanks,
Dale
