And now, a new request ('cuz the episodes I have are quite inadequate)...

I'm looking for interior shots of the Lost in Space Space Pod. There are tons of perfect exterior shots in the DVDs I have, but only a few (pretty poor) interior shots and web searches have yielded next-to-nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I remember the LIS pod being used in several episodes of Land of the Giants. If you have the current DVD release of the series, there should be a few episodes toward the end of the series' run that show very detailed shots of the interior. I haven't had a chance to watch more than a few of the first season episodes from the new DVDs, but I do recall those later, second season episodes being shot with the pod.

There are 2 eps of LOTG that feature the Pod. It originally came to the LOTG with a couple of time travellers from the distant future, and was found "abandoned" again a few episodes later. As I recall, the interior shots were no better (or worse) than what you see in LIS.

Its one of those TARDIS-like vehicles thats much larger inside than outside!

If you search Yahoo images, Flickr, etc. you will find a fair amount of photos.

Thanks for the link - I'd already found that site, and unfortunately that's about it for interior shots that I've been able to track down. Flickr, Google Images, and Yahoo Images yield pretty much nothing - and even less of the interior. Double-unfortunately, all the shots are of the main console and left-hand side of the interior - what I need now are the rear and right-hand side.

Anybody else have any hidden gems they want to share?

For the rear wall, the best I could suggest is the LIS episode "Hunter's Moon." In the sequence between launch of the Pod and touchdown, there are a few shots of the back wall, however, John & the Robot somewhat obscure the view.

doesnt the LISmemories site list all the episodes featuring the space pod?

FlyingFrets - you were right on the money! AND Hunter's Moon shows the starboard side of the interior as well.
