Hi Everyone,
here is a new model that I had recently added to my website.
1960 Mercedes Benz 300D Hearse, by Rio. This one is still made in Italy (not China like most diecast now days)

It looks very much like the real car from the front but surely the rear fender is missing???

It looks good, and nice to see models still being made in Europe rather than China. The detailing and finesse seem on a level with models from a few years ago rather than the latest standards.
The comment about fenders brings me to one of those niggly little queries that I've never managed to get a 100% certain answer on. My understanding is that in the US a fender is what what we in the UK call a wing (the part of the body which covers the wheel). A bumper (the bit at the front and back to protect against minor dings) is called a bumper on both sides of the Atlantic.
However, it seems most English people consider fender to be the US word for bumper. Which is correct? I'm sure someone here will be able to confirm!

I don't think it supposed to have the rear bumper as it is the replica of exact model of the real car. I also have this model in my collection which I had purchased a few years back, also Rio used to make this car silver over black, I have both versions in my collection (somewhere in boxes) and they all look like that one.
