It's not the price, he tries to make it look like an original. Plus he already has a bad rep from past sales.

Not sure that I agree that he is misrepresenting this one. The buyer has some obligation to know what he is buying.

I tend to agree that he is always in the scope of correctness.

However many of us have the luxury of knowing what's what.

It's the whole Leon Russsel tight rope routine that earmarks this seller and makes it amusing for those in the know.

Others are not so lucky to have this knowledge.

I find that most of his auctions are borderline misleading. I just don't happen to find this one out of line... still, I will never buy from him just on the principle.

Its not the Ghia auction that gets me, but the tow truck auction is another story.......

I just don't see the problem here. The seller is not telling any untruths about the items and is just promoting his items like every other product sold in America does. If the buyer doesn't ask questions or research what he is buying that is his own problem. Just like buying a 1:1 car. If I don't research and check consumer reports, etc...then I am doing myself the injustice, not the seller. His feedback rating is 99.6% which isn't too shabby.

he has bought from me before and never paid for the auction i left bad feedback evrytime someone leaves bad feedback on him he has one of his freinds ack like they bought like 5 or ten items from him so the can leavepos. for him so he doesnt get booted .. bottom line he is a bad ebayer period
