I found the following on the NOVAK web site. Will ROAR be using these numbers for the Paved Regionals and Nats?

NOVAK Inductance Readings (http://www.teamnovak.com/tech_info/motor_tech/index.html)

This information can be used to help determine if a motor’s inductance reading is normal and correct for a particular turn motor.

Note: All inductance meters have some variance. It is possible, and very likely, that your meter will read slightly lower or higher than the numbers posted below in the chart. These readings are the low limit. If your motor is reading lower than the results in the chart, you should reinspect your motor further. No single reading should be lower than the numbers in the chart, and all three coils should vary no more than the variance number (The variance number is the maximum difference from the highest reading to the lowest reading).

Please remember to conduct inductance tests with the rotor removed from the motor and from all three combinations of tabs: AB, AC and BC.
Any motors found to be lower can be sent to Novak for confirmation, if needed. Return shipping and handling fees will be charged.
Inductance Chart

Variance
21.5 – 140 µH 4.5 µH
17.5 – 90 µH 3.5 µH
13.5 – 53 µH 3 µH
10.5 – 33 µH 2 µH

Step-by-step motor tech instructions coming soon. If you have any questions about this information, please e-mail: Tech@teamnvok.com (Tech@teamnvok.com)

Thanks for the pleasant e-mails and look forward to the updated ROAR rules regarding inductance on BL motors.

From the Roar web site----*NOTE: The inductance spec figures in microHenries for each Stock or Super Stock
motor have been listed for each motor manufacturer. These values directly
correspond to the inspected number of turns on each slot of the particular
stator design for that manufacturer. These values are provided for fast,
accurate and simple field tech inspections, and do not reflect any
performance differences between motor manufacturers.
