Great looking cars! I think I read somewhere that Minichamps is going to release some muscle cars in near future. Does anybody know if that is true? It would be cool to get some muscle cars or hot rods in quality 1:43 scale. I don't think there are many available in this scale. I know Minichamps made Hot Rod, but it's not their best effort.

The 2008 Minichamps catalogue indicates that they'll be releasing several US cars - '67 Camaro, '68 Charger, '70 Challenger R/T, '71 Mustang Mach 1 & '76 Torino GT - the photo of the Torino would suggest it will come in "Starsky & Hutch" livery. One problem is Minichamps' release dates - yuou can never tell when the models will see the light of day - the Camaro & Torino were featured in the 2007 catalogue as well:)

Even though I'm partial to Chevys they are both very nice cars, especially the hardtop (it looks more like a DAY II modification). I'm very pleased with Kyosho 1/43 diecast as a whole. How do I go about buying the GT 350 (very
cool)? I'm always looking for realistic 60s-70s muscle cars in 1/43 scale!
Thanx, Frank

I found the 1966 Shelby GT-350H (black w/gold stripes) by Kyosho for 29.00 plus shipping. Think it's worth it?

They're out there, but "few and far between".
