I like all "L" size tires and a "R" right rear @ most tracks. One of the asphalt tracks we run that set up on is LPR in Montgomery AL and another is CRC in Easley SC. Depending on how fast of a class you will be running you may want to consider a net tire on the right rear, it's a judgement call that is governed by how much heat builds in the right rear. Many factors contribute to the amount of heat generated in the right rear such as track temperature and speed. Another factor is how sharp the corners are and whether or not you are driving full throttle throught the corners or letting off and then going full throttle off the corner. You will know if you need a net right rear because the car will seem tight or just right and then during the run the car will start to get really loose and after the run the tire will look like gator skin. I hope this helps. Al Schwarze 05-05-2008, 08:30 PM Thanks for the info. I will be running 10.5. the corners are fairly sharp. I'll give the pinks a try and see how it goes. AL Echeconnee 05-05-2008, 08:54 PM It sounds like you will need a Buds Bi-Level wing as well vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
